This project is a 1200 square foot ground-up back house on a multi-family site. We wanted to align with the Spanish Revival context of the neighborhood and site, so we brought in natural and bright materials like oaks and zellige tiles to bring warmth and character to the interiors. This home is two bedrooms and three bathrooms with a two car garage.
